Jemila C. de Leon-Sibal

Jem is a BS Psychology graduate and a Certified HR Professional who works full-time as an HR Manager for one of the largest NGO in the Philippines focusing on education and social development. 

She has spent over ten years volunteering as a Filipino Sign Language interpreter and translator showing her interest in inclusive communication and learning. She also provides consultation for undergraduate theses, helping students improve clarity and overall English-Tagalog language use. 

She has a strong belief in the importance of learning at a young age. Drawing from her background in Psychology, she believes that early exposure to language supports brain development, strengthens communication skills, and helps build cultural awareness.
